The most significant change in RoHS 3 (EU Directive 2015/863) is the restriction of four additional phthalates – specifically, Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
