Return and Refund Policy’s Return Policy

If you need to return a product to us for any reason please contact us before you ship it to us to receive an RMA. If you receive a damaged product from us please do not sign for it before making sure that the delivery driver notes the damage to the product so that we can document the damages. For all returned products you will need to print your return label.

For product(s) returned because of customer remorse, we will issue a refund for your order(s) minus the cost of shipping. For defective product(s), we will issue a refund for your order including the cost of shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After 90 days from purchase without having received a returned product we can no longer refund your order(s).

These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
