Our 7000 Clean Polyethylene bags are a strong, general use clean packaging film. They are the most cost effective cleanroom packaging solution. While cost effective, 7000 Clean Poly still provides a good level of cleanliness, strength, and ease of sealing.

Why Choose the 7000 Clean Poly bags?
7000 Clean Poly bags are the most cost effective packaging for cleanroom applications. Poly are clean to level 100, provide a moisture barrier, and can be vacuum sealed. They can be vacuum sealed to temporarily prevent products from moving around. However, clean poly bags will still allow stretching when vacuum sealed and will allow oxygen inside. The 7000 material does not provide a gas barrier.
Why Would You Choose a Different Bag?
Our 7000 Clean Poly bags are the most cost effective cleanroom packaging. However, there are a few main reasons you may want to select a different product for your operation. If you are looking for a similar material, but are also needing an anti-static material, we recommend our 7100 Clean Anti-Static Polyethylene. This material provides all the same properties as 7000 Clean Poly, but the material is impregnated with resin to make the material anti-static.
If you are seeking to pull a strong vacuum seal on the bag, you will likely want a different product. 7000 Clean Poly bags are stretchy and will also transmit oxygen inside the bag. You may consider our 7200 Clean Nylon product if you want a strong seal. This material does not stretch and provides a gas barrier.
Additionally, while 7000 Clean Poly is still very clean, it can not be made as clean as nylon. Depending on the application you are utilizing clean bags for, you may want a material that can be made cleaner.

Color
Our 7000 Clean Poly is transparent. This allows for visibility to your products. The 7000 Clean Polyethylene is one of the clearest materials for cleanroom packaging. While it is not crystal clear, you will still be able to see your product clearly.
